A circular route that can start from the cemetery in Križevci (the more demanding option) or alternatively from Sveti Petar Orehovec. The route goes along the main Križevci-Varaždin road. ALTERNATIVE- The route starts from the centre of Sveti Petar Orehovec through Črnčevec, and Vinarec and turns right in Popovec Kalnički. In Popovec it is possible to see the large Easter eggs, and then make the easy ascent to Obreška, with its streets of old vineyards and cottages. In Vukovec the route then exits onto the main road and via Dropkova goes Gornja Rijeka, where it is worth seeing the church and the manor house in which the first Croatian prima donna, Sidonija Rubido-Erdody, lived. The return is through Donja Rijeka, Barlabaševec and along the valley of the Reka Creek to Miholec, where you turn left back toward Sveti Petar Orehovec.
